Other documents such as pay stubs, transfer papers or accounts, receipts, references, etc.When this is done, then the HR department can ensure that the papers are accurate and factual. This is because all of the employees must work together to do the job properly. Since they are doing their work as per the HR department's requirements, then there will be no reason why they can not present what they have been asked to produce.However, the other important thing to do is to be honest. The efficiency of the employee must be verified. In other words, the employee must be able to give his/her own appraisal of the project done by the HR department. The morale must be good among the employees, as well as the professionalism.There are various things that the HR department must consider while writing an evaluation paper for the project done by the company. These include the time, the quality of the project, as well as the other issues. The other things that the HR department must look into is the management philosophy of the company and the objectives of the organization.When looking at these, the HR department should consider the problems of the employees.
